SEO Keyword Collector Terms of Use

1. What the app does

SEO Keyword Collector is a desktop application for SEO keyword research. It uses the Google Ads API (Keyword Planner) to get historical search volume for keywords entered by the user, for a selected country, region, city and language, and saves the results as reports on the user's computer. It is a personal, non-commercial project of an independent developer. It is not a Google product and is not affiliated with Google LLC.

2. Google account and permissions

To get keyword statistics, the user signs in with Google inside the app and gives consent on the Google OAuth consent screen. The user may connect only Google accounts and Google Ads accounts that they are allowed to use. The app only reads keyword statistics; it does not create or change campaigns, ads or budgets, and it does not spend money.

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.

3. Compliance with Google API Terms of Service

The app and its users must comply with the Google APIs Terms of Service, the Google API Services User Data Policy (including the Limited Use requirements) and the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions.

Google APIs and Google user data are used only for the keyword research functions described on the homepage. SEO Keyword Collector is not an AI application: it does not generate, edit or distribute images, video or audio, and it never uses Google APIs to create AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (AI NCII) or any other sexual or intimate content. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.

4. Privacy

How the app accesses, uses, stores, shares, retains and deletes Google user data is described in the SEO Keyword Collector Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy of data

Search volume from Google Keyword Planner is an estimate, not an exact count of searches. Google may group similar keywords, and data can differ by location and language. Availability of data depends on Google and on the user's Google Ads account. The app is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation or complete accuracy.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.
